You probably already know this, but no winter day is the same as the next. That’s why the Liftopia Partner Services team is trained and experienced to help you and your team do your job efficiently and smoothly, no matter what is thrown your way. Spread over various time zones and with a seasoned background in the ski industry, each Partner Services team member has not only a passion for the sport, but a passion for helping you succeed. 

In our eyes, success starts with being comfortable and confident in your daily processes. No matter if you’re a seasoned guest services agent needing a refresher on the Extranet (that’s Liftopia’s backend and portal to everything you need), a new hire needing a full onboarding or an accountant wondering where you can pull reports, Partner Services will train and explain all aspects of the Extranet that are essential to your daily processes. While we reach out to our partners for onboarding before the season starts to make sure everyone is good to go, we regularly train employees throughout the winter.

If the whirlwind of winter isn’t hectic enough, occasionally mother nature will throw a curveball and require resorts to close for safety reasons. Partner Services is often the first call a resort makes to inform of a closure. From there, we kick it into overdrive and remove inventory so no one else can purchase for the closed date, and inform our customer support team to notify any Liftopia.com customers and field any questions. We’ll also run through the quick and easy way you can notify your Cloud Store customers using our reporting dashboard.

Let’s talk! As no one resort is the same, it’s imperative for us to get to know each resort’s individual needs. As we build stores and products, we listen to the resort’s input and customize it accordingly – whether it’s a time-slot product for waterpark birthday parties, group sales for a ski resort’s college reunion group or customizing a family season pass.

Best of all, we’re available 7 days a week (including all holidays!) in the winter and 5 days a week in the warmer months to answer any questions, concerns or inquiries. All in all, we love helping our partners run their businesses more efficiently, so their guests can have more fun!
