If you want to know the honest-to-goodness truth, the Partner Services team members are the unsung heroes of Liftopia. They work long. They work hard. They work smart. They are the first point of contact when a partner has a question or issue and are required to know and act on a plethora of minute details, processes, and procedures. They are the gas that fuels the bus that is Liftopia.
Interestingly, but not surprisingly, they are a little more humble than the Sales Team with their ski-level pronouncements. As you would expect from a group that goes about their day in the proverbial background, the Partner Services team is pretty matter-of-fact: “Expert”, “Expert”, “Advanced/Expert”, etc. It won’t be as colorful as the Sales Team quiz, but we have one nonetheless after the intros.

What do you do at Liftopia? Describe your day-to-day.
I manage the day-to-day aspects of our Mountain Collective relationship. This includes communicating customer feedback back to the Mountain Collective resort partners, making sure Liftopia is meeting the logistic and technical needs of the Mountain Collective, and working directly with the TMC resort partners on technical and customer support issues.
What is your favorite thing about working at Liftopia?
The team – we have a talented and passionate group of people that aren’t afraid to have a little fun now and then.
What thing are you most proud of or did you have the most fun doing/working on with/for Liftopia?
Just being part of an organization that receives national press and is quickly becoming a household name within the industry that I already love.

I help train partners on how to use the Liftopia platform, work with partners to set up products, load inventory, and answer any and all day to day questions that partners have.

Working with lots of great people and in the ski industry!

I’ve really enjoyed opportunities to visit partners so that I can put a face to a name and see the ski areas we work so closely with.

What do you do at Liftopia? Describe your day-to-day.
I work closely with our Partners to ensure that Cloud Store and Liftopia e-commerce operates optimally. To provide the best possible service, I’m constantly communicating with our Analytics, Sales and Strategy teams and folks the at ski areas (primarily on the East Coast). I stare at three screens and type and click all day.
What is your favorite thing about working at Liftopia?
The folks I get to work with both internally and externally.
What thing are you most proud of or did you have the most fun doing/working on with/for Liftopia?
I enjoy traveling to ski areas and meeting folks in person. On-site training and putting names with faces is great!

I work with our team to load inventory and get stores live for guests to purchase and get stoked for winter. I also work with resorts on training, general problem solving and chatting about winter!
