This week, we spoke with Joffrey at Cypress Mountain, located just outside Vancouver, who started using Cloud Store to sell season passes for the 2018-2019 season. We did a quick question and answer session with Joffrey to get his feedback on the platform so far.
Q: How long have you been at Cypress?
A: I started at Cypress in September 2000. So 19 seasons.
Q: How many different systems have you used since you’ve been there to sell passes?
A: Three different systems have been used in my time here. Comptrol, Siriuware and Cloud Store
Q: How did Cypress sell season passes before Cloud Store?
A: On Siriusware
Q: What are the top reasons you switched from that system to Cloud Store for season passes?
A: The user-experience is excellent with Cloud Store. Also the demand capture and conversion rates are higher. Love the real time dashboard and easy to use reports.
Q: What is your favorite thing about Cloud Store for Season Pass sales?
A: Fewer calls to the office.
Q: How have your customers responded to the user experience?
A: Our NPS score for “Ease of use of online store for season passes” has increased this season.
Q: How have you or your staff benefitted from Liftopia support during season passes sales?
A: The response time from Liftopia is top notch. Adam and Cassie in particular are awesome to work with and constantly exceed my expectations. Setting up product is super-efficient and timely.
